Powdered Milk Tip

Have you ever wondered what in the world you are going to do with all that powdered milk that is hiding under the bed and in the pantry? I have. I don't really like to drink it, but I do cook with it....sometimes. Here are a couple of great recipes for things you can make with your powdered milk.
